How to Become Stressed and Stay That Way

  1. Don't set any targets or set any plans, otherwise this will bring order and direction into your work.
  2. Never delegate anything because you must do everything yourself since you are the only one who can do things right.
  3. Avoid the temptation to manage time.
  4. Be narrow minded, inflexible and avoid change because this will help you get upset and stay upset about everything.
  5. Complain and store up resentment by habitually griping and whining to anyone who will listen.
  6. Personalize all criticisms and do not feel confident in your skills, values and beliefs.
